The L.I.F.T. program is located within The Midland Youth Centre at the North Simcoe Sports and Recreation Centre.

The objective of L.I.F.T. is to provide participants with personal, social and independent living skills. This ideal partnership has allowed the L.I.F.T. participants to enjoy a wide range of activities that include: pool, ping pong, air hockey, computer activities, movies, play station, etc.

The L.I.F.T. participants cook meals, enjoy dinner together and complete household chores. Each L.I.F.T. group session addresses a specific need, issue or skill building opportunity. We celebrate major holidays, learn new skills, play group sports and go out in the community to see a movie or have an ice cream. The L.I.F.T. program helps youth to develop to their fullest potential.
